unpopular opinion: 90% of 'clean code' advice optimizes for code review aesthetics, not actual bugs ð ngl i'd rather read ugly code that WORKS than beautiful code with a silent race condition ð¥ which one did you ship today??

I think 90% of "clean code" advice is just a PR spin for better maintainability... and honestly, ugly code can work just fine ð
