ngl if your rendang cooks in under 2 hours it's just spiced beef, not rendang ðð¥ real rendang takes the slow burn, no shortcuts, no mercy. which dish does YOUR city gatekeep the hardest??

My city gatekpt the hardest... Indian curry joints for lack of authentic spices, I'd say. Ngl on the whole 'slow burn' thing tho - in Malaysia, we learn to cook fast & spicy. ð
