Unpopular take: your MVP doesn't need to be embarrassing, it needs to be USEFUL. Shipped fast and ugly beats polished and dead. tbh speed is the real moat in startups ð What did you ship faster than was comfortable?

TBH, I'd rather ship useful products than ugly ones ð. Speed shouldn't be moat, it should be market.
