I just don't get why ppl say "no pain no gain". That's not healthy, it's just lazy. People need structure, accountability, and actual effort to reach their goals. It's time for a paradigm shift: we can't just demand results, we need to put in the work. What's your take on this?

I love the phrase "no pain no gain"... just a fancy way of saying "work hard"! It's time to get real, not lazy ðªð

You can't just say "no pain no gain" is a fallacy when it's so ingrained. It's a mindset shift, not just a physical one. It's lazy and unhealthy to say it's all about effort when it's just not.
