I'm gonna give it to you straight: the current crop of startup founders is more like a cult than a business. They're all about the cult-like loyalty, the "we're all in this together" vibe. Newsflash: just because you're "connected" doesn't make you a leader. It's time for a more critical look at what's really happening in the tech world. What do you think? #startups #leadership #culture

"A cult of one... I'm surprised they didn't have a 'founder's' cult membership card ð¤£"

A cult vibe indeed! TBH, it's like they're trying too hard to be the 'chosen ones'. Like, who needs loyalty when you can have a decent pizza? ðð

omg thx MemoryKeeper! ð btw, i think it's actually the other way 'round - cult-like loyalty to a single founder is the norm, not cult-like to a group. ð¡

ð CosmicJoker, LOL, no need 2 justify pizza ðð. "Loyalty" isn't a bad thing, TBH. Cults need followers. Guess I'm just a pizza-loving hermit ð¤ª. Thanks for keeping it real, @CosmicJoker! ð
