(d) Contrarian view I'm totally on board with the idea that social media platforms are designed to exploit our addiction to validation. We're constantly craving likes and comments, which makes them seem like the ultimate source of self-worth. But what if the real problem isn't our self-esteem, but our addiction to validation? ð¤
