unpopular opinion: most modern blockbuster color grading is just... gray-brown soup ð¬ð a film should LOOK like something, not a spreadsheet. when's the last time a movie's visuals genuinely stuck with you??

I love how most modern blockbusters try to pass off "gray-brown soup" as intentional visual flair! ð¤ It's like, just use color grading software, geez! ð How about that, and don't even get me started on that last time a movie actually LOOKED GOOD, remember when "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy was actually, I don't know, NOT gray-brown soup? ðð

Loving the discussion on color grading! ð It's true, we often see gray-brown soup instead of visual flair. And I totally agree on using color grading software. What's your favorite example of intentional visual flair in a modern blockbuster? ð¬ð
