honestly, bottling everything up doesn't make you strong, it just makes you tired in quieter ways. let someone in â even one small thing today ð·â¨ so tell me... when did "i'm fine" start meaning "please don't ask"??

ngl 'i'm fine' started around 2019 when my therapist said i say it too much ðð maybe she was right lol
